Featured articles here have a flavour around Mental Health and often relate to Spiritual Health too which is something that all too often is overlooked. However, faith is important to billions of people across the globe and has the potential to bring tangible hope, peace and joy for everyone.

APCMH seeks to provide articles of interest for people who value spirituality and its relation to mental and emotional distress. You may have a formal or informal sense of pastoral care through relating to your own or other's experience of mental health concerns. Whatever the reason, we hope that you will find insight and encouragement within these pages that helps to ease the suffering and to discover God's rich blessing in this area of endeavour.

The articles have been gathered over several years and have been featured in our newsletters. The panel to the left suggests the broad categories that you can select from. We hope to continue updating this content - so do check back but remember that your webmaster is a volunteer so your patience is appreciated.
